So, the lovely and talented Madame Weebles fell victim to my charm (and the video I made to ’70s porn music) and took up kettlebell training. Her first session was today and she loved it. I knew she would. No one should ever doubt me.
As we were talking, I had an idea for a daily fitness motivation challenge. It’s not about strength or endurance, so much as it’s about motivation and just getting it done.
So, every day, I will post an entry here through which Madame Weebles, Jo (another friend from the U.K., making it a a trans-continental challenge), and I will be taking up a challenge for the day (we’ve determined a list to start, but are also open to your suggestions), and we’ll be challenging you to do it as well.
We’d like you to do it in addition to whatever other fitness-related stuff you might be doing that day. You can modify it however you need to in order to get it done, and you can take all day if you need to.
When you’ve completed it (or if you have ideas for the list), we’d love it if you’d comment that you did it. And you can feel free to add any other notes you want, cheer others on, etc.
We hope you’ll join us. If not, we’ll just look hotter than all of you by the end of the year, which is okay too.
